Warranty obligation
Clothing brand Fur manufactory "Ovechkin" is made of the highest quality materials. We are responsible for every thing we create.
All products of the Fur Manufactory "Ovechkin" (IE Ulyanov A.V.), purchased from an official supplier, are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt of the product. If the product has a manufacturing defect, the company provides free repair or replacement of the product.
The warranty does not apply to operational defects caused by the fault of the consumer:
- tears of the leather fabric due to increased dynamic load, including due to the discrepancy between the product and the size of the consumer and (or) the features of his figure;
- the presence of abrasion of fur in places that have been subjected to intense exposure;
- differences in the density, height, type of curls and color of the hair depending on the topographical areas of the skins in the product (formed naturally);
- yellowing of white and blue fur (a consequence of the oxidation of fatty substances);
- the presence of puffs and peels on the lining of the product (pellets) in places of friction with other material;
- violation of the conditions of storage and operation of the product.
For situations that are not covered by the warranty, the Fur manutaktura "Ovechkin" can offer to repair the item for payment of the cost of repair and delivery services.
